Overview: Join us for a special Grihastha Yoga Retreat at the picturesque Kriya Yoga Ashram, nestled in the serene Eastern Townships with scenic lake and mountain views. This retreat offers an ideal setting to explore Grihastha Yoga, integrating yoga into the daily routines of family and social life. Designed for a limited group of 20 participants, this intimate retreat provides a sacred space to deepen your practice and spiritual connections.

Itinerary Overview:

Day 1: Arrival and Immersion

• Afternoon:4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Welcome Tea and Settling In 
• Evening:6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Gentle Yoga & Icebreaker Activity 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Dinner 

Day 2: Renewal and Exploration

• Morning:6:30 AM - 8:00 AM: Sunrise Yoga 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Breakfast 
• Midday:11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Introduction to Grihastha Yoga 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Picnic Lunch 
• Afternoon:3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Rest / Meditation 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Free Time and Nature Walk 
• Evening:6:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Yogic Suksham Vyayam, Kirtan, and Pooja 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Dinner 

Day 3: Reflection and Integration

• Morning:7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Yoga, Gratitude Circle, and Closing Ceremony 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast 
• Midday:9:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Kirtan 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Q&A Session on Yoga & Bhakti Yoga12:30 PM: Check-Out and Departure 

Pricing: The retreat fee of $360 + taxes per person covers:

• 2 nights' accommodation in a peaceful, natural setting
• All yoga sessions, including creative workshops and kirtan
• Vegetarian meals throughout the retreat
• Access to the ashram's amenities and natural surroundings

• Cancellation Window: Full refund available within the first 10 days of booking.
• Partial Refund: 50% refund if canceled one month prior to the event.
• No Refund: No refunds for cancellations made less than one month before the start date.
• Tickets: Non-transferable.
