About the Event

Depression and its symptoms usually occur due to our uncertain habits in our life, which leads to blocking energies within our body. As we all know that depression has its own numerous symptoms, so we will be taking a very slow & gentle approach towards ourselves and our body and mind. 

This is a 6 days self evaluator event curated for your benefit where we know it's easy to tame the body while mind always takes time. The practice involves a few sets of Asana, Pranayama and  Dhayana! 

  • Day 1 & Day  2- We will be practising Asana (yoga poses) to awaken the energy embed in our body by increasing the heart rate. 
  • Day 3 & Day 4- Now the energy is up, we will get into a certain set of Asana to withhold the uplifting energy (Praná) within ourselves.
  • Day 5- With uplifted energy now it's time to centre it and to do so, we will do certain pranayama and meditation.
  • Day 6- Conclusion of 5 days.
